TargetInfo
Description
The TargetInfo element provides details about the target configuration within the event's project.
Values

TargetID | Target ID. This cannot be modified and corresponds to the values in the project. |
IsPrimaryStream | Set to 1 to indicate that this target should be assigned to the primary machine, 0 otherwise. By default, it is set to 1. |
